This elegant and comfortable accommodation is located in the heart of the historic center of Catania, inside an early 19th century building. Equipped with every comfort, this small suite offers: - a fully equipped kitchen: at your disposal a 32" TV, stove with gas burners, electric oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and a coffee machine with capsules that also serves as a kettle. So you can obtain boiling water for tea and infusions, but also coffee, ginseng, barley, cappuccino, hot chocolate and other drinks. - a finely furnished bathroom with a large shower. - upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a characteristic sitting area with armchair and coffee table. The accommodation is located on the third floor of a historic building. This allows you to enjoy bright, fresh and airy surroundings, but it's need to take stairs. Ideal for those for whom stairs are not a problem and for those who want to keep fit even on vacation! ;-) LUGGAGE: don't worry about your luggage, an electric lift will take it up to the apartment.

Everything is within walking distance, the train station and PIAZZA PAOLO BORSELLINO from which buses leave for the airport or for the beaches of Catania. The neighborhood is also full of restaurants, trattorias and pubs. Within walking distance you will also find well-stocked grocery store, bakeries, pharmacies and other services.
