This property has the advantage of being all on one level, with three low steps up. It is surrounded by beautiful flower beds, a small lawn, a citrus grove and a walnut grove. It is about 3 km from the town so you can reach it in five minutes when you want to drink a good espresso or have an aperitif at the bar or everything. You will not be disturbed by traffic noise. The entire property is surrounded by a fence, the large parking area and the gate will only be used by guests. Privacy is absolute. The outdoor space offers various corners for sunbathing, reading, playing cards or simply relaxing in the silence. The house furnished with modern furniture among which some antiques stand out is comfortable. It's composed by: - two bedrooms with double beds and a small bedroom with a single bed; -two bathrooms with shower; - American kitchen with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine; - air conditioning systems, radiators, WI-FI network, television, stereo, video surveillance system; -large living room with large windows that allow you to enjoy the view of the valley. Other things to keep in mind: *on request you will find a small pool inflatable for children. * an outdoor hot tub with the possibility of hot water will be available through wood fireplace. * all sports and wellness services are subject to charges and must be scheduled before arrival.
I'm Lucia, the owner and manager of Donna Caterina House. I love meeting my guests and am happy to provide information and advice so they can fully enjoy the house, the beautiful surrounding nature, and the nearby towns rich in history.
The terrace above the house allows you to admire the village of Pietraperzia and its medieval castle, the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Cava and the nearby villages. The night a wonderful starry sky! Guests during their stay will have the entire property at their disposal both internally and externally (10,000 square meters). They will enjoy the silence and the scents of the countryside. The location in the center of the island is truly strategic because you have the opportunity to reach the motorway in 15 minutes in the directions of Catania, Palermo, Siracusa, Agrigento etc. The distance from the beaches is about 30 minutes.
