With a history of more than a thousand years, this ancient but completely renovated Tuscan residence dominates the historic center of San Quirico d'Orcia. The house, dating back to at least the early 1000s, was one of the very first in the village, and in fact it also contains the ancient cistern of the village. It stands on five floors, and is divided into three independent apartments, equipped with every comfort and code for independent entry. "IL POGGIO 1" - located on the first floor, is a two-room apartment with kitchen, private bathroom, double bedroom and sofa bed, for a total of 3 places. "IL POGGIO 2" - located on the second and third floors, is our largest apartment. With a total of 6 beds, it has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a large kitchen with fireplace and two bathrooms. 3) "IL POGGIO 3" - Finally, located on the ground floor, overlooking the alleys of the village, our two-room apartment equipped with kitchen and private bathroom, as well as a charming cellar used as a relaxation area. It offers a total of 3 beds. All our apartments have heating, air conditioning, smart TV, microwave, kettle and pod machine.
