"Delightful north Rome apartment 80 sqm. in a stately complex, with a large park, swimming pool and gym. Structured on two levels, dining room / living room + kitchen + 1 bathroom on the first level. On the second level bedroom / living room + 1 bathroom. Well exposed with a view of the swimming pool, completely furnished, the well-furnished terrace is accessible from the kitchen and from the dining / living room. Note: Harmony is the air you breathe as you enter.
Certainly it will be my care to be present to resolve any need. The apartment is fully equipped with everything, On request, possibility of a special evening with dinner rganized by me personally. I'm a great cook ITALIANA !...
The apartment is near the square of Ponte Milvio, the center of Roman nightlife, is very popular in the area. Near by Parioli area, Villa Borghese, Via Veneto, Piazza di Spagna ... also reachable by bus. The apartment is in the Cortina D'Ampezzo-Trionfale area MINISTERO DEGLI ESTERI/FARNESINA a 5 min. , very close to the GEMELLI Hospital in Rome, with a Metro stop. Near the station of the local train "FERMATA MONTE MARIO" which connects very well the city center ... Vaticano / San Pietro, Ostiense, with the possibility of change for Tiburtina station / Termini. BUS : 990+426.
