Property information

The accommodation has unlimited wifi, washing machine, independent heating (from 15 October to 15 April) and air conditioning in every room, centralized but adjustable (ON / OFF, intensity) by thermostat in the apartment (from 15 April to 15 October). Please note, if you lose the keys an extra amount will be charged. The studio apartament has a garage The 2 bedroom apartament has 2 car parking in the garden.

Neighbourhood information

By walking and @ only 600/700 mtr. it is possible to reach the Cernobbio and Tavernola ferry station As well as to reach the grest promenade upto the marvellous gardens of Villa Olmo, in Como. DREAM is located in a quiet area; a few meters away you can find restaurants and pizzerias, all with typical Italian cuisine. Almost opposite, there is a historic pastry / bakery, where you can enjoy delicious desserts. A taxi service is always active, or for those who prefer to stay right in front of the house there is a bus stop. It is possible to reach on foot both the landing stage of Cernobbio and that of the nearby village of Tavernola
