“Dust and Snow” is a cozy studio apartment located in the G7 residence, in the beautiful resort of Pila, a renowned destination for mountain lovers and outdoor activities. Perfect in every season, the apartment offers the opportunity to enjoy both winter and summer sports. Guests have access to a ski and boot storage room secured with a padlock, as well as a free, covered, and reserved parking space (maximum height 1.90 m) included with the property. All main services are within just a 5–10 minute walk. - LOCAL REGULATIONS: During online check-in, payment of the tourist tax will be mandatory, as established by Regional Law of July 18, 2023, n. 10. During the online check-in process, payment of the stamp duty, where applicable, will be mandatory, as established by Presidential Decree of 26 October 1972, No. 642. Well connected to Aosta by a comfortable cable car, the area is perfect for those seeking tranquility, nature and outdoor activities. - The location of the property, allows you to move comfortably on foot to reach all services. - The free, reserved and covered parking space will allow you to park your car throughout your stay. - Among the main points of interest: the historic center of Aosta can be reached in 30 minutes by car, while the departure of the cableway to Aosta is 10-15 minutes on foot. The Bard Fort is about a 1-hour drive away, while the Saint-Vincent Thermal Baths and the Saint-Vincent Casino can be reached in 50-55 minutes. The Pont d'Aël, an ancient Roman bridge-aqueduct, is 40 minutes away.
