Set in Montichiari's historic centre, Hotel Elefante is opposite Bonoris Castle, a beautiful example of medieval architecture. Built in the late 17th-century, this hotel features an à la carte restaurant. The Elefante Hotel is just 2 km from the Fiera del Garda convention centre and 20 minutes' drive from Desenzano del Garda on the shores of Lake Garda. Rooms have a classic design and feature parquet or marble floors. Each room is air conditioned and features large windows and an LCD TV. Some have views of the castle. The continental breakfast features homemade cakes, fresh croissants, cold meats and cheese. Served buffet style, it also includes cereal, yoghurts, jams and Nutella. Free Wi-Fi is provided and the hotel also features a meeting room with a capacity of 40. Montichiari Cathedral is a few steps away as are the town's many shops and restaurants.
