Completely immersed in the countryside of Leuca and at the same time closer to the famous Cathedral of Santa Maria di Leuca and its Marina.
The villa is surrounded by a garden with Olive Trees, which frame a suggestive covered patio to better enjoy the outdoor space.
Inside the house consists of a large living room, a kitchen with direct access from the patio, 2 large bedrooms (1 double and 1 with separate beds) for a total of 4 beds, bathroom and laundry room.
The parking space is internal.
Dogs and Cat are accepted under a daily fee of 15 euro.
A cost of 80 euro will be charged for the final cleaning at the end of the stay (min 3 nights).
