Property information

Beautiful, bright flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Located on the 4th floor of a 17th century building with typical seaside house furnishings. No lift. Equipped kitchen and large living area with sofa and dining table. Ideal for a family of 4 or a group of friends of 4 - 2 double bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms which are a unique advantage for a medium-sized flat. The flat is located in the heart of the historic centre overlooking the delightful Piazzetta Matteotti, a few metres from the beach (70m) and all amenities. It is only a 10-minute walk from the train station. IMPORTANT: This aprtment is located on the 4th floor with no lift and a steep stair to climb for these reasons is NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS OR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN
