Located on the west coast of the spectacular promontory of Monte Argentario about halfway between Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, you will find the cove “Le Cannelle”, your luxury beach hideway. Facing the south and west, it gets all the sun and is just perfect for up to 2 couples. There are views of the islands of Giannutri and Giglio. With less than 20 steps down to the water, the property is unique for its spacious outdoor patio and extra privacy. It is part of a larger building called residence “ Le Cannelle”, the only construction on this beach. The bay has a cordon of buoys keeping boats distant from the shore. The beach also has a bar and restaurant open in the summer months serving local fish. A location like this is rare to find on the italian coast and it is only 2 hours’ drive of Rome. This is a well-appointed property with beautiful sea views and plenty of outdoor space. Outside the living room (which is open plan with designer furnishings such as the sofa, table and chairs, and fully equipped kitchen) there is a balcony with 2 armchairs for lounging, and the larger patio has another table and chairs, sunbeds and ample umbrella. This level also has a full bathroom, accessible during the day and at night can serve as a second private bathroom for one of the 2 suites. The bedrooms, one on the upper level, are separated by the patio, each have a double bed and private bathroom with large wall-in shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. They each have air conditioning as does the living room. There is a large outdoor fireplace with barbecue grill. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction job, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, Bialetti expresso for coffee. There is an outdoor drying rack for wet clothes, and a washing machine accessible in another part of the residence. A hairdryer, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment, iron and ironing board, portable beach umbrella and sunbeds are provided.

Nature and landscapes: Visit the Orbetello Lagoon and the WWF Oasis of the Feniglia Nature Reserve, a unique habitat for waterfowl, including flamingos. Discover the wild nature of the Maremma Natural Park, an area of intact coastline and grassy expanses. Walk along the Panoramic Road to admire spectacular views of the promontory. Find beautiful coves such as the famous Cala del Gesso, accessible by a path, for a bath in crystal clear waters. Culture and art: Visit the Tarot Garden in Capalbio, an esoteric park with sculptures by Niki de Saint Phalle. Discover the remains of the ancient Roman city of Cosa, with its Archaeological Museum, and the nearby Roman Villa of the Domizi Enobarbi. Visit the top of Monte Argentario, where the Convent of the Passionists is located, for a 360° panorama. Activities on the sea: Rent a boat to explore the hidden coves, caves and islets around the Argentario. Go diving and snorkeling in a sea rich in life, with the possibility of discovering caves and doughts. Visit the Mediterranean Aquarium of the Silver Coast to learn about the marine biodiversity of the area. Local cuisine: Taste the caldaro, a traditional fish soup that combines the flavors of the sea. Events: Don't miss the Palio Marinaro dell'Argentario, a rowing competition that takes place in Porto Santo Stefano on August 15.
