Elegant and modern villa with swimming pool on the island of Albarella. On the ground floor there is a large living room with open plan kitchen and bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom and 2 bedroom with 2 single beds each. There is a washing machine, a beautiful well equipped kitchen with peninsula and a living room with TV, sofa bed (1 pax), large windows to ensure a magnificent view of the pool. Outside you find outdoor furniture, a swimming pool, large private garden of approximately 800 meters and 2 parking lots. 1 pet allowed on request. The extra is 50euros per week to be paid on site. City tax not included in the price and to be paid in cash on site. Check-in from 15:00 to 18:00. In April the pool will be closed. It will instead be open from the beginning of May until the end of October. Please note that from September to mid-June, construction activities on the island may take place. As per the island's regulations, we are unable to prevent private property owners from carrying out renovation or construction work on their homes, which may occur near the property you have booked.
