Born in Italy and travelled extensively abroad , I speak 3 languages well , italian, english french and know a little spanish. I enjoy the outdoors cycling, swimming are my biggest sport passions however skiing and trekking are a close second. Food , wine , people ...love all three ! A part of a typical 16th century farmhouse. Perfect location that satisfies those guests who look for a perfect country relaxed vacation however can explore Tuscany from a central point.Walking distance to town with shops,restaurants and transport

A prefect family vacation property. Everything local! Shops, restaurants, pizzerias and bars . Open air markets weekly. Local trains for transport to Florence ; Pisa, Siena and lcoal towns. The main town is a medieval walled historic town, very typical. Trains and buses are the local transport, you can manage with no car and stay in the country !! Hiking trails, horse riding and cooking classes
