questa piccola casetta è stata interamente ristrutturata dalle sapienti mani del proprietario Marco e completata nell'ottobre 2025. Ha mantenuto la sua particolarità storica, tipica delle vecchie case di langa, con un tocco di moderno per gli arredamenti. Si trova nel centro storico di La Morra, comoda a tutte le attrazioni turistiche del territorio, a due passi dal belvedere. Dispone di un parcheggio di proprietà, è dotata di cucina e aria condizionata. Al piano terreno si trova il soggiorno, la cucina e il bagno, al piano di sopra si accede con una piccola scala in mattoni che approda nella prima camera da letto, con letto matrimoniale e singolo, una porta la separa dalla seconda camera matrimoniale. ve3rrà lasciato qualche prodotto tipico per la colazione
