The apartment was renovated in 2015 and is located in a quiet area well connected to St. Peter’s, Piazza del Popolo and the most important places and attractive spots in town. The apartment is on the ground floor.

It is a five-minute walk to the Olympic Stadium, the Auditorium Music Park, designed by Renzo Piano, and the Teatro Olimpico, while the National Gallery of Modern Art, the flagship of Rome’s art galleries, is 7 tram stops away (Line 2 and 19). Flaminio offers green areas and picturesque places where the clock seems to have stopped.Young families should check out Explora, the Children's Museum, which is located a few meters from Piazzale Flaminio and can be reached in fifteen minutes by tram no. 2 in front of the house, getting off at the last stop at Flaminio. For lovers of nightlife, five minutes from home is the picturesque Lovers’ Bridge of Ponte Milvio, one of the most ancient bridges over the Tiber and the centre of the nightlife of Rome North.
