Open since 2023 with immediately high appreciation, the property has renewed the management in 2024, with further improvements in 2025, to offer our Dear Guests an unforgettable experience. Our Houseboats are hosted by CM Nautica, a Marina able to offer tranquility and privacy to our guests, as well as many services (parking, snack bar, etc.). With self checkin and WiFi in the Houseboat, on the ground floor you will find: • living room with Smart TV and a new sofa bed for two people, very comfortable and very convenient to prepare • kitchenette with microwave, kettle, Nespresso, toaster, induction stove, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery etc. • double bedroom with wardrobe • toilet in the room with toilet, sink and shower (we remind our guests that toilet paper or other objects cannot be thrown into the toilets of the boats, a special side container is available) • double air conditioning, monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit etc. Upstairs, a splendid outdoor terrace with: • Arebos whirlpool hot-tub and suggestive chromo-therapy • relaxation area with sofa, armchairs, sunbeds and two umbrellas • safety kit, life jackets, etc. Pets are welcome, with a small additional cleaning fee. Intermediate change of services and linen available on request for stays of one week, or with a small supplement for shorter stays. For safety reasons, our Houseboats are always moored. Among the services with supplement, we can assist you in booking an unmissable motorboat trip (with or without a skipper, up to five people), departing from the place or nearby.
