Set inside a beautifully restored historic building in Olbia’s old town, this 90 m² fully renovated home blends traditional architecture with modern luxury. The ground floor features a bright open-plan living area with a 75” Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable sofa bed with a plush topper. A convenient guest bathroom (½ bath) is also on this level. Upstairs, the serene bedroom includes a king-size bed with premium linens and custom ergonomic pillows, a generous walk-in closet that doubles as a quiet office, and a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in rain shower. Air-conditioning is individually adjustable in every room for perfect comfort. The CREO designer kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, including oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, quality cookware and all essentials. A separate utility room on the lower level houses the washer and dryer.
