Solto Collina is a village located on the hills overlooking Lake Iseo, with a history that dates back to the 11th century, the historic center is characterized by cobbled streets, stone buildings and at times a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. History and Architecture In Contrada Castello is the ancient residence of the Lords of Solto, a castle dating back to the 12th century, with limestone walls and loopholes that tell centuries of history. Places of Worship The Church of Santa Maria Assunta, documented as early as the 12th century, is the main place of worship in the town.
