This recently reconstructed cottage is about 600 meters from the center of Montescudaio. It is reached by a tarmacked road. The last 150 metres are an unsurfaced road which leads via a gate to the house's covered car parking area. The mainhouse and the single cottage have 3 admirably restructured apartments with independent entrances on different sides of the houses. Each apartment has its own garden with covered terrace, table, chairs, deckchair and barbecue. Communal laundry room with washing machine. Big swimming pool (12x6 m) with garden furniture! This beautiful independent cottage belongs to the property of Chiusaperi, some meters next to the main building and has been finished some years ago. The owner has attended to the furnishing of the apartment down to every detail and particularly appreciated typical Tuscan furniture. The 70 m² house is suitable up to 4 persons. You enter from a covered sun terrace with garden furniture to a roomy live in kitchen with cooker and fridge. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds but you can fix them together to get a double bed. Bathroom with shower and WC. SAT-TV, Wi-Fi and central heating. The
