The house has a large furnished loggia, a ping pong table. The outbuilding features a small gym. Parking in the property. The house has been renovated preserving its original character. The welcoming atmosphere is cured in every detail and complete with every commodity. The gr. floor entrance leads to the living room with sofas, fireplace, TV and direct outdoor access, a dining room with direct outdoor access, a large equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub.
