7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before arrival. NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
