Overlooking the internal garden and a peaceful private road, the apartment accommodates up to 2 guests, offering privacy, comfort, and the magic of authentic countryside living. - IMPORTANT INFORMATION SPACES: the rooms and areas described in the accommodation are for exclusive use by guests. The pool, barbecue area, and garden are shared spaces with other guests of the house. Multiple accommodations are present within the property. POOL: open from June 1 to August 31 (weather permitting), from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. SAFETY: entrances and common areas are monitored by video surveillance in compliance with current regulations. ADDITIONAL COSTS (to be paid on-site): electricity, linens, extra cleaning, tourist tax, and heating are not included in the rental price.
