The apartment is located on the fifth floor (with elevator) of an elegant building, with a large balcony overlooking the sea of ​​Salerno. From here you can easily reach on foot the most beautiful beaches of the city, the main course, the typical restaurants of Salerno and the shopping streets. Exceptional location to visit the entire Campania region: in fact, at 10 minutes walk we have the tourist port where to take the ferries to the Amalfi coast or the Cilento coast; a 10 minute walk we have the train station to easily reach Paestum, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples and Caserta. FREE PARKING in the street below the house. During the Christmas period, the building is immersed in the magic of Luci d'Artista. The apartment is about 100 square meters and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with washing machine), a large living room and a kitchen. What makes this holiday house special is the large balcony overlooking the sea where you can appreciate the scents and colors of the South. For sports lovers, a 2-minute walk we have beautiful tennis courts overlooking the sea. For children, a 2-minute walk we have a playground with electric train.
