The owners and managers of the Holiday Residence Rifugio are the Swiss couple Matthias and Irene Winkler. They have been living in Orosei, Sardinia, since August 2001. They inherited the house from Matthias‘ parents and built and renovated multiple units in two major stages. Their wish for you is that you can truly enjoy your vacation and that their residence becomes a small „Rifugio“ (shelter) to you that feels like home.

The apartment house consists of 14 apartments with fully furnished kitchens. The 1,2,3, and 4- bedroom apartments are individually and distinctively furnished with balconies overlooking either the olive grove or the pool. Parking lots are available in the garage and the inner courtyard. Free TV and WiFi access are included in the price. The swimming pool and a beautiful and large garden invite you to laze around on comfortable deckchairs. The Residence is about a mile from the beach on the beautiful Gulf of Orosei also known as Europe’s Caribbean. The sandy beach “Marina di Orosei” can be reached by car, bike or a twenty minute walk alongside the river “Cedrino”. Restaurants, cafés and shops are within a walking distance of one to five minutes. It is possible to get a discount on the ferry. We will send you the information after your booking.
