Cozy accommodation located in an elegant building with a lift and few minutes from Bologna central station and the central Via Indipendenza, the heart of Bologna's shopping. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, a living area and a kitchen.The use of the washing machine is only permitted for stays longer than 3 nights.
My name is Simona, wife and mother of 3 boys, after a work break that lasted several years, in which I dedicated myself entirely to the family, I am now returning to the activity that has always fascinated me, that is, tourist hospitality. Traveler, lover of literature and art, I love receiving guests from all over the world, also available to help and plan visits to the area. I'm waiting for you!!!
The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood behind the central station of Bologna, characterized by the presence of numerous shops and restaurants, there is also a local market where you can taste typical Bolognese products; all this is completed by a beautiful view of the church of the Sacred Heart of Bologna. Bologna, capital of the Emilia-Romagna region, is one of the most interesting cities in Italy from a historical and architectural point of view. It retains traces of the medieval era and is renowned throughout the world for its art and its culinary specialties. It reached its maximum splendor in the thirteenth century, also thanks to the birth of the university. It is an extremely dynamic and cosmopolitan city, thanks to the presence of numerous university faculties. The city center is just a stone's throw away: five minutes on foot and you will have arrived in Piazza Maggiore where you will be won over by the historic center and its numerous monuments such as: the Basilica of San Petronio, patron saint of the city, the two towers and all the other spectacular views of this wonderful city in Emilia-Romagna. To stay informed about the numerous events, we recommend visiting the Bologna tourist office website, full of information on all the activities of this dynamic city, with all the unmissable stops for an unforgettable holiday.
