CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS AT CHECK IN: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2euro/day per person (up to 10 nights). Children up to the age of 12 are exempt. The tax will be collected in cash upon arrival. 2) Additional people to those declared: 10euro per night will be required for each additional person. 3) Small and medium-sized animals are generally accepted with the extra cost of 5euro per animal per night. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). Entering the apartment you will find a large and bright living room with a sofa bed, dining table and a TV to enjoy your favorite programs during moments of relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals: stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, kitchen utensils and dishes. There is also a second dining table and a coffee machine. A French window makes the room fresh and bright and provides access to the private terrace, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, the perfect place to enjoy the climate of the Ligurian town. The apartment has 6 beds: in the main bedroom there is a double bed and a bunk bed and in the second bedroom two single beds. If one of the guests needs to sleep separately, the sofa bed in the living room can be used on request (bed for one person). The linen is provided by us and is included in the price. The bathroom is equipped with sanitary ware and a regenerating shower, ready to welcome you after a day spent at the beach. There is Wi-Fi and independent heating, while there is NO air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with a private garage which cannot be used for cars, but possibly for motorbikes, bicycles or as a storage for beach items, strollers etc. Pets are accepted with a supplement.
