In the heart of the Balze, in an 18th century farmhouse, an independent apartment has been created on the ground floor with independent entrance and reserved parking space. It is equipped with a large common room, with satellite TV and WI-FI connection. On the common living room there are three bedrooms furnished respecting the farmhouse's colonial style; each room has a bathroom for exclusive use with a shower cabin. Outside, a garden for exclusive use and a pergola equipped with barbecue allow you to spend hours of absolute tranquility and relaxation. In common with the owner, who lives on the 1st floor, and with other guests, it is possible to use a 5,000 m2 equipped lawn with an outdoor swimming pool mt. 6x12, available during the summer months (June - September). Distances from the main places of interest: 30 km Gaiole in Chianti, 38 km Arezzo, 45 km Florence, 58 km Siena.
