I am Gian, the fisherman cook also known as “Cuoco Pescatore”, professional fisherman and passionate cook. Every day I go out with my boat and take home everything I find on the net, and cook it with Anna, my wife from Parma, who has been following me for 40 years on this adventure. If I am white, she is the colour black, if I am the king, she is the queen, if I am the sea, she is the earth; we are not opposites, we are complementary. Anna is half of my reality, half of my life and my dreams and we complete each other, even if I look double as Anna rather than half. We will be happy to host you in our Ittiturismo and, by agreeing in advance, to welcome you at our dinners based on fresh fish at 0 km.
