Property information
The Giuncheto is a typical Tuscan farmhouse of the mid-nineteenth century used as a guest house/bed and breakfast, located in the municipality of Trequanda, in the province of Siena. Trequanda is a corner of the Sienese countryside full of attractions of art, culture and landscape able to fascinate those who want to explore and know. The medieval village of Trequanda, recognized with the eco-label tourist quality Orange flag, is perched on a hillock straddling the Val D'asso to the west and the wide Val di Chiana to the east. Immersed in the green and scent of the Tuscan land, it is easily reachable, located at a distance of 17 km from the exit of the Valdichiana toll booth for those coming from the A1 motorway, and 9 km from the Sinalunga exit of the Superstrada Perugia Siena. It is the stage of famous tourist itineraries that connect it to Pienza (17 km), Montalcino (29 km), Montepulciano (21 km). In the landscape they enter in perfect harmony the farmhouses Mezzadrili perhaps the most beautiful of Tuscany, built with the local stone with tawny tones, ochre and violets, with Arche and loggias of bricks, doves and porticoes, the result of a spontaneous architecture but of great.
