The apartment “Il Mare Vicino” is located in Magazzini, a small village nearby Portoferraio. The small beach is of Magazzini is at about 300 mt, right in front of Elba’s main city: from there, you can enjoy the beautiful Portoferraio skyline. Three-room apartment for 2/4 persons: the apartment of about 60 sqm has an indipendent entrance from an external short staircase and is located in a small complex of apartments. It consists of a living room with TV and a small kitchenette; a bedroom with double bed; a bedroom with two single beds; a bathromm with shower. The furniture is nice, new and comfortable, with air condition and heating. Outside, there is a big terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view on Portoferraio’s bay. The private car parking is very near the apartment.
