Beautiful newly renovated apartment with all comforts, very close to the lakes of Mantua and convenient to the historic center. The apartment can be reached by car. Near palazzo tè Large bedroom with a double and a single bed, living room with sofa bed, separate kitchen with access to the quiet internal courtyard, pantry and new bathroom. Air conditioning and underfloor heating. Ceilings with exposed wood beams. All the windows are new and soundproofed. Lakes, historic center and Palazzo Te can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Paid parking spaces available. Public transport in the area. A 20-minute walk from the station and a 15-minute drive from the Mantova Nord highway exit.
