"Il Rifugio" is located 800 meters above Bellano a Noceno, an ancient village dating back to the mid-1700s, immersed in nature and suspended in time. From the large terrace, you can admire an open view of Lake Como, with sunsets bathed in a rare peace, between mountains and chestnut groves. The house has retained its original architecture. It conveys the magic and uniqueness of this place, inviting you to reconnect with your inner self. The property is ideal for families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking tranquility and authenticity in a natural setting. Lake Como is a 30-minute drive away. A scenic walk leads to the lake in about an hour. Valsassina and the slopes of Monte Muggio are a 15-minute drive away. Mountain biking takes you to the Valsassina cycle path in 15 minutes. The terrace offers a spacious, furnished outdoor space, ideal for starting the day with breakfast overlooking the lake or enjoying an aperitif at sunset. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Sun loungers and an umbrella are available. During the winter, a fire pit provides a wonderful setting for pleasant outdoor gatherings. Living room The entrance leads to a spacious living room with a large sofa bed and a fireplace. A warm and cozy space, designed for relaxation and conviviality. The fully equipped kitchen integrates with the dining room, heated by a pellet stove. The large table allows for lunch and dinner in company, overlooking the lake. There is also a breakfast nook equipped with a kettle, toaster, and microwave. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom. In the attic, there is a double bedroom, and next door, in the mezzanine, there is a third bedroom with two futon beds. The house has two modern bathrooms, both with showers, for comfort and privacy. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The house is a 3-minute walk from the large free public parking lot, walking through the characteristic cobblestone streets

The house is surrounded by nature and is an ideal starting point for exploring the Lake Como coast. Bellano, Varenna, and Bellagio are easily accessible, allowing you to experience the villages, stroll along the lakeshore, and enjoy the services offered. Along the road leading to the village is a farmhouse, ideal for enjoying dishes prepared with local ingredients or purchasing typical products directly from the shop. The farmhouse can be reached with a flat walk of about 15 minutes or a short drive. Walkers can reach the Sentiero del Viandante, the Giumello Big Bench, the summit of Monte Muggio, or the Jungle Raider Park at Pian delle Betulle. Mountain bikers will find the Valsassina cycle path about 15 minutes away. Supermarkets, restaurants, and services are located in Taceno, a 10-minute drive away, or in Bellano, about a 30-minute drive away. A scheduled bus service from Bellano to Vendrogno is also available. From here, a flat walk of about 30 minutes leads to the village of Noceno.
