The apartment is in via Giatti 7, on p. 1st with private entrance and exclusive garden with 2 sunbeds, table and 4 chairs.
In the kitchen-living room with wooden beamed ceiling, we have the fridge-freezer, oven, 4 burner stove with brand new induction hob, microwave, television with satellite dish, double sofa bed.
The room has a vaulted ceiling, and can be reached by going down 4 internal steps.
The bedroom leads to the large bathroom with window where the washing machine is located.
