Our company has been active for more than 20 years and boasts a careful management of the touristS and their needs. In Genoa no one offers a private spa and a van to meet the needs of guests

Our structure sees three apartments and a room in one of the most characteristic squares of the old town and an apartment and our magnificent loft with private spa in the aquarium area. NONE OF THE OTHER FACILITIES OFFER THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING AT YOUR DISPOSAL 70 SQUARE METERS LOCATED INTO AN ANTIQUE BOAT STORAGE BUILDING EQUIPPED WITH 4-SEATER SAUNA AND JACUZZI FOR 6 GUESTS. All with emotional lights and chromotherapy, high-speed wifi and a stereo system that can be used with Bluetooth connection. We also have a luxury van to take our guests to visit the beauties of the surroundings of the city.

Neighbourhood information

The district where you will stay is in the historic center of Genoa (the oldest part) is totally pedestrian and close to all the attractions that the city center can offer. Also in three minutes walk you can reach the Metro stop San Giorgio and from there you may reach with three stops the 2 main train stations that in turn are connected with a flybus service to the airport
