The Isi GuestHouse was founded in 2017 with the aim of providing accommodation at competitive prices in the city of Jesi a few steps from its historic center. The property has two units completely renovated and equipped with all the necessary amenities for our customers. Our first unit called "Montirozzo" has a living room, exclusive bathroom and a double room that can also be booked for single use. The second unit called "Mezzogiorno" is equipped to be accessible also for guests with mobility difficulties (rear entrance with access ramp, bathroom with accessories for the disabled). It has 3 beds and can be booked as triple, double, twin or single. The services in the structure are many: free Wi-Fi, soundproofing rooms, cable TV, shower / tub, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, fan etc. In the private outdoor courtyard it is possible to park motorcycles and / or bicycles for free. The animals are liked well in our structure. We will always be available during the stay, but you will have full privacy and autonomy.

Isi Center Centro Servizi is a company founded in Jesi in 2002 from the merger of two activities; a long-standing newsstand of more than 40 years and another service center activity. In these years of activity we have come to know by tourists and other parties, the lack of accommodation facilities in order to accommodate people who visit Jesi. That's why "Isi Center" has decided to create a structure of landlords just a stone's throw from the historic center surrounded by facilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner called "Isi GuestHouse". Our goal, with our experience gained over the years and the requests of citizens, is to provide a good service with a competitive price meeting the needs of our customers.

The area where our structure is located, is a short walk from the historic center of Jesi, just 100 meters from the spectacular medieval walls of the city.
