Florentine-style one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Florence, on a quiet street just a few steps from the main tourist attractions and Via Tornabuoni, the city’s premier shopping street.The area is central and full of shops and restaurants.The apartment consists of an entrance with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Upon arrival, guests will find a courtesy kit for basic needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM. Service Restrictions: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by law, with a minimum temperature of 20°C (68°F) and a maximum of 22°C (72°F). The permitted temperature in our apartment is 19°C (68°F) (+2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C (70°F). According to Decree No. 383 of October 6, 2022, issued by the Ministry for Ecological Transition, the Municipality of Florence is authorized to operate air conditioning during the winter season from November 8th to April 7th, for a maximum of 11 hours per day. Please be careful with your house keys. If you lose or fail to return your keys, a Eur 50 lock replacement fee will be charged for security reasons. For urgent repairs caused by the guest outside of office hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM), a Eur 100 fee will be charged. In accordance with Italian Law No. 2147/2011 (Article 40.1), the Italian Police requires us to disclose the identity of our guests. The information guests are required to share is a valid photo ID and their residential address. To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one at a time. BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety. If you do not have the documents or lack the required information by law we will not be able to check you in. - Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at a cost as indicated in our conditions. - Check-out time is by 11:00 am; - Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff; - Parties are not allowed; - Pets are allowed upon request. A supplement of twenty euros per stay will be charged; - Crib and high chair available upon request, at a cost of twenty euros per stay; - Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment; - If anything breaks, please let us know.
