The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Two-room Florentine-style apartment located in the heart of Florence on a street just off Via Tornabuoni, an ideal spot for shopping, city tours and museums. The entrance of the apartment gives access to the living area with dining table and equipped kitchenette, equipped with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishes and cooking utensils. The dining area then leads to the master bedroom, with private bathroom equipped with shower. Washing machine available to guests, Wi-fi connection throughout the apartment. Air conditioning present only in the bedroom. The double bed, upon request, can be divided into two single beds. A set of towels and bed linen available to guests. Located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, it is necessary to walk up two floors of steep stairs to reach the apartment, so it is not suited to guests with reduced mobility. Located in lively and dynamic neighborhood; you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. The apartment is located in a pedestrian area, which is not accessible by car. You can park in a private garage nearby and walk to the apartment. --------------------- Service limitation: According to the Decree of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of lighting of facilities for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.  The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety. If you do not have the documents or lack the required information by law we will not be able to check you in. - Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at a cost as indicated in our conditions. - Check-out time is by 11:00 am; - Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff; - Parties are not allowed; - Pets are allowed upon request. A supplement of twenty euros per stay will be charged; - Crib and high chair available upon request, at a cost of twenty euros per stay; - Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment; - If anything breaks, please let us know. We will come to check it; - Take care of your keys. In case of unreturned and or lost apartment keys, you will be charged for the replacement of the lock for safety reasons; - For urgent interventions caused by guests out of office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of will be required; - Tourists are required to pay the city tax of four euro per person per night (except minors under 12 and guests residents in Florence); - The apartment is located in a pedestrian area, which is not accessible by car.
