More than just an apartment, La Casa di Agnese is a place that holds family memories. Located on the top floor of a historic building, it was the home where grandparents and uncles were born, and today it welcomes its guests with the same warmth as in the past.
After years of work, I decided to leave everything behind to follow my dream of opening a holiday home in my hometown. I would like to share this passion with others and offer them a unique and welcoming experience immersed in the nature of our mountains. ‘La Casa di Agnese’ was born in honor of my daughter Agnese, who represents a source of inspiration and joy for me. I wanted to dedicate this project to her because I want every guest to feel welcomed and loved as she is in my family. I hope that ‘La Casa di Agnese’ becomes a place where you can create happy memories and special moments, just like the ones I share with my daughter.
Located in the main square of San Benedetto Val di Sambro, La Casa di Agnese is perfect for those looking for the convenience of the center, without giving up the tranquility of a village surrounded by nature. A few steps away you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy and essential services, as well as a warm village atmosphere. A short distance away are some of the most fascinating paths in Italy: the Via degli Dei, the Via Mater Dei and Bologna Montana Art Trail, perfect itineraries for hikers and travelers in search of history and nature.
