In the heart of the medieval village of Suvereto, this 90 sqm apartment skillfully combines history and modern comfort. Recently renovated following the principles of Feng-Shui, it will welcome you with its ancient décor brought back to life and original wooden beams that tell centuries of history. The single-story layout is harmoniously arranged around the living area with modern kitchen and counter-snack. The sleeping area includes a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and a versatile second bedroom that can turn into a study. Two bathrooms, one of which has a large walk-in shower, complete the interior with attention to detail. The real gem is the private terrace that overlooks a characteristic village street, creating a perfect stage for al fresco breakfasts and sunset aperitifs. This outdoor space becomes a natural extension of the house, where you can experience the authentic atmosphere of Suvereto.
