Property information

It is about a diffused accommodations hospitality structure with a central reception where we offer Apartments in the center of Dervio on Lake Como, Each apartment has different characteristics and peculiarities but all to be discovered for their history or their beauty. They are serviced apartments, that is, we offer a cleaning service, linen change and breakfast.

Neighbourhood information

Dervio is an excellent starting point for visiting Lake Como and its surroundings: in Dervio you can take the train, and two stops will take you to Varenna, you can take the ferry to go to Bellaggio and Villa Balbianello just to name a few. In addition, from Dervio, 29 km away is Lugano, 34 km from Como, one hour from Milan, Bergamo and Bergamo-Orio al Serio Airport, which is only 55 km away. If necessary, La Casa Sul Sasso can organize transfers to and from Orio, as for all other Milanese airports, Malpensa and Linate. But for those who do not want to move from Dervio, there is no shortage of opportunities to enjoy nature: there are associations that organize excursions on the lake by sailboat or rubber dinghy, bikes to rent, pebble or grass beaches where you can lie down and sunbathe. and a long lake for strolling.
