La Casetta Colonica was once the rural accommodation of the families employed in working the lands of the estate and is part of a single large property that also includes a wonderful ancient villa, also rented for tourist use. It has been recently renovated with a unique style and will welcome you with the comfort of its two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a full bathroom with shower in the room and walk-in closet, a twin bedroom with two single beds, a second full bathroom with shower, a living area with kitchenette where you can enjoy unique comfort and elegance, large outdoor spaces where you can relax and enjoy an al fresco meal. WONDERFUL NOVELTY, THE POOL! It will be equipped with a shallow water area and sun loungers, you will be able to enjoy its refreshing waters on hot Sicilian summer days! NOTE: the pool WILL BE SHARED with another structure that is part of the same property, whose maximum capacity is 11 guests. Tap water is NOT DRINKABLE! Just 800 m from the historic center and the main beaches, La Casetta Colonica is a true oasis of greenery and relaxation in the city!
