We are pleased to welcome you to our seaside town of La Spezia and to our beautiful house surrounded by greenery. Here you will have the opportunity to enjoy a mix of sea and green landscapes. Strategic position for visiting the Cinque Terre and surrounding areas. Central Station is 8 minutes away on foot. In front of the house there is the bus stop. The house is located in a quiet area and well served by restaurants, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, grocery, tobacconist, supermarket. There is private parking to book in the structure for a fee or free in the neighborhood. Guests will have access to the wonderful garden and an internal courtyard, you will have the company of two dogs suitable for children and families! All our guests fall in love with it. The apartment has an independent entrance, equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, (iron and ironing board, on request, hairdryer, kitchen with sink and table outside overlooking the garden as well as the one inside!!! (washing machine and dryer structure for a fee of five euros for washing and five euros for drying, but possibility of hanging in the garden!) possibility to book massages and beautician who will come to the facility, by appointment. Hello everyone, we are Debora, Silvia and Giada, mother and daughters, it is a pleasure for us to welcome guests and share with you our splendid house,and a super parking, which will allow you to rest after your long and pleasant days spent in our surroundings, and to spend evenings outdoors in our wonderful and illuminated garden with gazebos, tables and benches and barbecues, we can't wait to meet you!!! This is a very quiet and well-served neighborhood in front of the house. You have an excellent pizzeria and a fish restaurant. the bus the hairdresser the butcher's the church and the pharmacy and as well as being just a few stops from the city center by bus, which takes a quarter of an hour, on foot you are seven minutes from the Cinque Terre station :) If you want to spend a day on a 10 m boat with lunch on board, aperitif and an excellent sun lounger where you can lie down and rest all day from the morning to 10am to 5pm, contact me and I will be able to get you fantastic prices!!!!!

the neighborhood is very quiet even though we are 10 minutes from the city center and five minutes from La Spezia station it seems to be in a magical place, with the sound of birds chirping in the morning and a peace and silence that is certainly not typical of a condominium. with independent entrance and all the necessary services you are catapulted from green to blue in the blink of an eye!
