We have light restructured two houses that have been from our grandparents. The houses are two-room apartments that can be booked individually or together. If booked together, can reach a total of eleven beds. Each house has a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and bedroom. Our holiday homes are ideal for singles, couples, small families or groups of friends.
We are a local family that has entered the world of hospitality in 2021. The houses are managed by parents and by sons.
Our holiday homes are between the Settelacquare and San Sabino districts, a few steps from the Via del Mare stadium (20 minutes on foot). In the neighborhood there are many commercial activities including pharmacies, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The area is well connected to the modern and historic center of the city. The houses are just 10 kms from San Cataldo, the closest seaside beach. Then traveling along the coast from the Adriatic side you can easily reach the beaches of Torre dell'Orso, San Foca, Otranto and up to Capo di Leuca.
