Set in the heart of the hamlet, La Foresteria welcomes you with quiet charm and thoughtful detail. On the ground floor, the vintage kitchen—with wood-burning stove, oven, a restored 1960s fridge, and a large farmhouse table—encourages shared moments. The living room, with its stone fireplace and garden-facing glass doors, invites slow living and calm evenings. Sleeping arrangements include four bedrooms: one single on the ground floor, two doubles with king-size beds, and one single upstairs. Three bathrooms provide comfort and privacy. Beds are dressed in fresh linen or percale, and every detail in the house is selected with care. A separate laundry area supports longer stays. Outdoors, the garden and the 7-acre park offer shaded spots for rest and reading. On request, we can help organize aperitifs, private dinners, or intimate events—with local chefs or catering. We don’t use pesticides—coexisting with nature is part of the Casaforte Bergum experience, including occasional visits from friendly garden creatures.

I’m Alessandra Serafini, and my deep connection to Casaforte Bergum comes from the fact that my family has lovingly cared for it for nearly three centuries. I inherited a passion for architecture and design from my mother. Alongside my husband, I’ve continued her work, restoring and preserving Casaforte Bergum with deep respect for its heritage and cultural value.
