LA LOGGIA DI PORTICA apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of Assisi's historic center, at Via Portica 29. Its location on one of Assisi's main and liveliest streets makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the city on foot. Finely furnished with period furniture, combined with contemporary design accessories, the apartment features original frescoes, vaulted ceilings, and perfectly preserved terracotta floors. The balcony, which overlooks the central Via Portica, dates back to the late Middle Ages and is one of the oldest and most iconic in the city. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, making it suitable for families with children, couples, or groups of friends is composed of: • ENTRANCE WITH LIVING ROOM, DOUBLE SOFA BED, LED SMART TV • WELL-EQUIPPED EAT-IN KITCHEN • DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH BALCONY, LED SMART TV • DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH TWO SINGLE BEDS THAT CAN BE JOINED TOGETHER • BATHROOM WITH SHOWER AND TUB • EXTERNAL LAUNDRY ROOM WITH GUEST BATHROOM. There is no elevator in the building; the apartment is accessible via a few steps and is equipped with Wi-Fi, LED Smart TV, portable air conditioning, Dyson Cool fan, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, moka pot, hairdryer, iron with ironing board. Sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and towels are provided with the accommodation based on the number of guests and at no additional cost. A crib for children aged 0-3 years is available upon request for a small fee. Pets are welcome only if accustomed to living in apartments, for a small fee.

The apartment is located within the ZTL (limited traffic zone), so we recommend parking your car first and then walking to the apartment in about 5 minutes. Alternatively, if you have a lot of heavy luggage, you can drive up to the apartment by providing your car's make and license plate number, unload your luggage, and then proceed straight to the parking lot. The closest parking lot, which is video-monitored and has an agreement with us, is MOJANO ASSISI PARKING, about a 5-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity, there are bars, traditional trattorias, restaurants, and pizzerias, while a small but well-stocked mini market is located directly opposite. The apartment is located on one of the city's main streets, where you can find a variety of shops, including clothing, shoes, souvenirs, local products, a bookshop, pharmacy, and hairdresser.
