The structure offers the best in technology, air conditioning with the latest generation Daikin system. Possibility of restaurant service for lunch and dinner of high quality or just for the evening even a pizzeria. Possibility to use the most famous streaming platforms Netflix, Disney +, primevideo on the max screens.
Full historical center of the Catanaese baroque, 30 meters from Piazza del Duomo, 20 meters from Piazza Universita ', 100 meters from the famous Pescheria famous fish market of Catania, 500 meters from Piazza Carlo Alberto called a fera or lumi. Absolutely safe and well-guarded area, police station 20 meters from the property.
