In the very centre of Matera, just a few steps from the Central Station and Piazza Vittorio Veneto with its accesses to the Sassi, this 80 square metre apartment is on the third floor (with lift) of a residential building and consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with a single bed plus pouf bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony with table and chairs. The perfect place for a family, thanks also to the presence of a washing machine and a dishwasher. Air conditioning and heating. UNLIMITED WIFI WITH FIBRE. Private garage at the base of the building where the accommodation is at a cost of 15 euros per day. Guests access the accommodation via Self Check-in. One week before your arrival, you will receive an email to upload your documents. You will then receive an access code that will allow you to enter the accommodation at any time WITHOUT RESTRICTIONS and in total freedom from 15:00 onwards.
