This large isolated family cottage is situated in wonderful surroundings only 600m away from Montescudaio. It is surrounded by olive trees, wine yards and fruit-bearing trees. The property has a private entrance and private parking space. 150 m² of space are available inside split up over two floors. The ground floor contains a large living room with dining area and a well - furnished kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven and a gas fired stove. There is also a study room and a bathroom with a toilet. The bedrooms make up the first floor. Three rooms contain a double bed and in one room is a French bed. The bathroom on the first floor has a shower cabin, toilet and bidet. In addition there is a large room connecting the bedrooms with a huge fire place, a sofa and a sofa-bed. The entire house is furnished in a very appealing Tuscan style. A SAT-TV is also provided as well as a washing machine. The central heating will also allow visits in spring and autumn. The large garden with garden furniture and a BBQ is ideal for relaxing and for children to play and have fun. Domestic animals are welcome.
