Just below the apartment and inside the residence there is a private parking space. The residence is located a few meters from the connecting ski slope that leads to the Albarè ski lift. In front of the apartment there are two pizzeria restaurants where you can taste Trentino specialties and pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, with take-away service, and a small supermarket. In the immediate vicinity during the summer there is a children's playground surrounded by nature, barbecue areas in the woods and paths to reach the mountain huts at high altitude (Orso Bruno refuge, Malga Orti etc ..) or the splendid Caprioli lake.
