The house, semi-independent on two levels, accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for families, couples, tourists, or Canadian College students. On the lower floor, you’ll find a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, cookware) and a guest bathroom. The balcony offers a charming spot to relax with a view over the historic center. Upstairs is the sleeping area with two comfortable bedrooms: one double and one twin room with two single beds, both equipped with blackout curtains. A second full bathroom with shower is also available. The private terrace is the heart of the home: furnished with a table and chairs, it’s perfect for enjoying meals outdoors while admiring the rooftops and historic atmosphere. Amenities included: high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, TV, washing machine, full linens, and a free crib on request. Self check-in is simple and secure via electronic keypad. Within walking distance, you’ll find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, pharmacies, and the Fedele Fenaroli Municipal Theatre.
