We are a small family business (property management in the name and on behalf of the owner) in the central-western part of the island of Sardinia: a beautiful and unspoilt coast, rich in culture and traditions, where to find peace, relax and enjoy authentic experiences through a selection of holiday homes a few steps from the sea.

This beachfront property on two floors is located in Sa Rocca Tunda. La Terrazza (i.e. the terrace) is the apartment at the top floor and exactly from its terrace you will enjoy the sea view at all hours of day and night. This colourful and eclectic holiday home has been decorated with retro and kitsch furniture (some pieces are from the '50s) and features two bedrooms (one double and one small double), one bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and living room with sofa bed and TV. The large terrace presents a sitting area and a dining table. The house doesn't include air conditioning (fans instead). WI-FI is included. Coming by car or renting a car is highly recommended to reach this property and to get around. Free parking is available by the property on the street. If you need a taxi, we can book this for you, from/to the airport and also during your stay. Our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, are possible prior approval, but may be subject to an extra charge.

Sa Rocca Tunda is ideal for those seeking relaxation and tranquillity away from the chaos of the most crowded holiday resorts. Large spaces and shallow waters make it suitable for families with children. Sa Rocca Tunda extends at the foot of the Capo Mannu promontory, in the northern part of the Sinis peninsula, next to a small village of houses and dirt roads in the San Vero Milis area. The beach, about one kilometres long, is part of the Sinis marine protected area and it's bathed by a turquoise sea. You can contemplate this panorama by staying at La Terrazza.
